At 3ps First Aid Training, I conduct interactive educational workshops designed to teach participants essential first aid skills in a hands-on environment. Each workshop utilises engaging teaching methods to ensure that learners not only understand the theoretical aspects of first aid but also feel confident applying these skills in practical scenarios. From CPR techniques to handling choking emergencies, I aim to create a comfortable atmosphere that encourages questions and discussion. This approach enhances the learning experience, making it enjoyable and impactful. Workshops are suitable for various groups, including schools, community organisations and businesses, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to gain vital knowledge and for educational facilities these courses cover Ofsted requirements.

Curriculum Development

I take pride in the curriculum development aspect of my training services for my own courses and for national curriculum based courses for primary and secondary school pupils, ensuring that every course I offer is up-to-date and aligned with national standards. This involves continuous evaluation and enhancement of the course content to include the latest best practices in first aid and emergency response. Through thorough research and feedback from participants, I strive to create a learning experience that is relevant and effective. By integrating practical exercises with theoretical knowledge, I ensure that the curriculum supports different learning styles, making it accessible to all. Whether for a first aid course or a specialised programme, my objective is to equip learners with the skills they need for real-world situations. I run a range of RQF aligned courses.

E-Learning Platforms for Blended Learning

In today’s digital age, I recognise the importance of flexibility in training. Therefore, I offer e-learning platforms that provide comprehensive first aid courses online. These platforms allow participants to learn at their own pace, providing access to engaging videos, interactive quizzes, and resources tailored to their individual needs. Our online courses are designed to be user-friendly, enabling learners to grasp key concepts easily while preparing them for practical assessments. The integration of technology ensures that everyone can acquire life-saving knowledge, regardless of their schedule. This innovative approach allows for a wider reach, making first aid training more accessible to everyone interested in learning.

First Aid

The cornerstone of my services at 3ps First Aid Training is the comprehensive first aid courses. The courses that are run but not limited to:

First aid at work (FAW) 3 Day, FAW refresher course, Emergency First Aid at work.

Pediatric First Aid 2 day and Emergency pediatric First Aid 1 day.

Outdoor First Aid 2 Day course and Emergency Outdoor First Aid 1 day course. CAT Bleads as an Addition.

National Curriculum Linked courses including D of E required first aid training.

Mental health First Aid courses as range and bespoke.

The courses have specific elements ( i.e. outdoor scenarios or child based scenarios) but covers a wide range of vital topics to highlight a few including

BLS,

CPR,

wounds,

fractures,

medical emergencies.

The curriculum is designed to equip participants with the skills and confidence to respond effectively during emergencies. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical demonstrations, I provide an engaging and informative learning experience. Trainees will engage in hands-on practice, ensuring they can confidently apply what they've learned in real-life situations.
